MASONIC LADIES FESTIVALS

At the Coppid Beech Hotel, we understand what is required to make each Ladies Festival a success.  We pride ourselves on our ability to understand the exacting standards and traditions required, yet still retaining that personal individual approach.

The Coppid Beech Hotel is one of Berkshire’s finest four star properties, offering a selection of banqueting rooms.  With over 250 free car parking spaces and its strategic location it is the perfect venue to host your Ladies Festival.

We can also offer competitive rates for accommodation so that your guests are able to stay overnight in one of our 205 en-suite bedrooms.  All residential guests can enjoy complimentary use of our leisure facilities including an indoor heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and sun beds (payable locally).

We are pleased to be able to offer an excellent fully inclusive package as follows:

•    3 course dinner followed by tea or coffee and petit fours
•    Fresh flower table centrepiece for each 10 person table
•    Disco until 1am
•    Exclusive use of the function suite
•    Printed menu, place cards & table plan on each table
•    Free overnight accommodation for the event organiser
•    Services of a specially selected photographer (photo prints are extra and paid by the guest)
 

The prices shown above are based on 10 people per table.  Prices are for events taking place in 2010/2011

Overnight accommodation is available at the following special rates:

£65.00 per room per night single occupancy including breakfast
£85.00 per room per night double or twin occupancy including breakfast
