In addition to the usual half day delegate and 24 hour rate, we also offer specific packages for banqueting, charities, football teams, team building and weddings, plus bespoke packages tailored especially for you.
Free Wifi is available throughout the entire hotel and all delegates can enjoy this facility at any meeting or conference at the hotel.
Our meeting and conference facilities are all located on the ground floor with natural daylight. The flexible high-class conference spaces and smaller meetings rooms offers any conference organiser an enormous choice.
The Pine Meeting Rooms
The Pine Suite is the hotel’s most flexible meeting space, a large conference suite divisible into no fewer than six equal-sized rooms, each with its own window and access onto a spacious outdoor terrace.
The Pine Suite is the perfect space if your event involves break-out exercises, syndicate activity or interviews; using, for example, half the space for gathering, and dividing the remaining of the Pine Suite into three syndicate rooms each comfortably able to accommodate 14 delegates in boardroom style.
The Coppid Beech Hotel has two Boardrooms; The Executive Boardroom can comfortably accommodate a management team of eighteen, while the smaller boardroom holds between ten and twelve delegates.
The prestige decor and furnishings are complemented by a full set of amenities and facilities, including wireless broadband access. These rooms can also be transformed into private dining rooms enabling discussions to continue at the end of the working day
