Brasserie at the Keller
Tantalising, is such a great word to describe the weekend menu in the Keller, and full is how you will feel after you have eaten there.
Mid week the Keller's more expansive bistro style menu comes into its own, spoiling you for choice.
- Baby back ribs cooked in Guinness and brown sugar (only a few calories after all and that is just as a starter)
- Maple Syrup glazed Ham Hock with bubble and squeak
oh and...
Make sure you leave room for the mocha chocolate pot or was that the dinki cinnamon doughnuts, or was that the Bailey's cheesecake? Best you go with friends so you can share spoons! It can be lively in atmosphere and great to people watch, especially at the weekends, where you can keep up with the latest fashions. Its relaxed and informal and not at all the kind of place you would expect to find in a four star hotel. Worth a visit on a Friday night if only to check out the band. Elvis may well be in the building!!
