The Rowans kitchen has a passion for local produce so sample our delicious regularly changing Market Menu for only £27.50 for 3 courses or only £22.50 for 2 courses. The market menu is only available Friday and Saturdays.

Soup (v) – Creamy leek and potato soup with basil pesto
Salmon – Fine oak smoked salmon with baby gem lettuce salad and honey mustard dressing
Pate – Chicken liver pate with homemade chutney and mixed leaves


Chicken – Breast of chicken with shallot and red wine gravy, smoked bacon crisps, seasonal vegetables and potatoes
Codling – Steamed fillet of codling with button mushroom and parley sauce, new potatoes and seasonal vegetables
Vegetarian (v) – Ratatouille purse, baby pak choi, creamy mushroom ragout


Cheesecake – Chocolate ripple cheesecake with vanilla cream
Sponge – Warm orange sponge with confectioner’s custard
Cheese Selection – Cheddar, stilton, brie, served with assorted biscuits
