Please contact us if we have not covered a facility or service that you require for your special day.

 

Payment

A non-refundable deposit of £1000.00 and a signed contract is required to confirm your booking. A provisional booking may be held for 14 days, by which time the deposit should be received by the Coppid Beech Hotel. Full prepayment is required in agreed stages in conjunction with the hotel cancellation policy as outlined in the Coppid Beech Hotel contract terms and conditions, which state that 100% prepayment must have been received by the hotel at least one month prior to your event taking place.

Flowers

Our florist can advise availability of flowers for table posies and the oval arrangement for your wedding, event or celebration. Should the same flowers as the brides bouquet be required our florist can advise on any supplementary charges.

Linen

Our standard linen colour is white, alternative linen colours are available and an additional cost will be incurred.

Table plans

Please supply your seating plan and names of guests to the hotel one month prior to the event to ensure we are able to prepare a table plan. We are also able to provide guest name cards and menus (additional costs apply).

Toastmasters and Guest Speakers

We are able to recommend Toastmasters & Guest Speakers (additional charge applies).

Evening room hire

Evening room hire is included in our wedding packages on the understanding that an evening buffet will be supplied for at least 75% of your guests, if this is not the case a supplementary charge will apply.

Evening entertainment

Evening Entertainment may be arranged in the form of discos, live bands and themed events, at competitive prices.
