Aquacise – £4

This is a bit like aerobics in the pool, but with the added benefit of the water’s natural support. You can work as hard as you like against its resistance for a lower impact, but effective calorie burning and muscle-toning workout.

Indoor Cycling – £5

Join others for a highly motivating workout on the bikes with an Instructor in our new studio. This class is fantastic for burning off unwanted calories without having to learn routines.

Pilates – £6

Here we concentrate on slow and measured movements in order to create lean and strong muscles. Its gentle but highly effective for improving posture, flexibility and preventing   injury.

Zumba fitness – £5

Zumba fuses Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that will not only create results but you will enjoy yourself. blow you away.
The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavour and international zest into the mix and you’ve got ZUMBA!
